Do you have any thoughts on whether people on a plant based diet lack Creatine and if so does this impact muscle and brain health?

I think creatine can be helpful for some people for muscle strength, but there is no necessity to use it. The data on brain health is less robust. Here is a great review on the topic.https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39940383/
